Power Is Within You...Always

When you feel that you are trapped or stuck. When you can't see the light through the trees. When you don't know which way you should turn next. When you can't see a way out. Always know that all you need is actually right there within you. It really is. But in order to find the gift within you quietening the mind is essential. Choosing to NOT dwell in the story is essential. Feel your pain but don't stay they for longer than needed. Get present with it. And then get present with your SELF. With your breath. With your body. With your environment. Be still and know that all possibilities are available to you right now always. We are infinite beings. Your challenges are your gifts.
