Light

You are made of LIGHT!

I am not my body. I am not my emotions. I am not my thoughts. I am not the hats that I wear in my life. I am not my occupation. I am not my colour. I am not my race. I am not my gender.

I am a symphony of LIGHT. I am consciousness divinely orchestrated in to this physical form I call Fiona. I am the stars and the planets. The mountains and the oceans. I am never ending. An infinite flow of energy dancing thought the Universes. Some times in physical manifestation. Some times not.

With this knowing. With this realization. With this ever expanding consciousness. The negative emotions. The tired old stories. Personal stories. Ancestral stories. The rigid and fixed beliefs that have kept me stuck are dropping away. They simply can no longer abide here.

And if I am light. Then so are you dear sister, dear brother. So are YOU. Shine your light!! The world needs you more than ever to shine your LIGHT! You know who you are! You know WHAT you are!! You are LIGHT!

When you find yourself in overwhelm. Slow down. Slow right down. Be with your breath. Be in your body sensing and feeling the moment. Then ask yourself quietly. Gently. What is my best next step? Don't judge the answer but allow yourself to follow the whisperings of your heart NOW. And if nothing arises. Give yourself some space and time to breathe. Just breathe. Nothing needs to be fixed right now. In this moment you are ok. Be with that. With that knowing that right here, right now you are ok.
