When our breath is shallow we not only limited the amount of Oxygen
We are nourishing our cells with
We also limit how much LIFE we are allowing ourself to experience
We are suppressing how much INSPIRATION
We are allowing ourself to receive
When we resist fully exhaling our breath
We are communicating to our body
That we need to hold on to
That which is stagnant and stale
What if we consciously engaged with our breath, even for 2 mins a day

Try this simple breathing exercise TODAY and see how different you feel
Commit for a month and feel your body return to it’s natural state of joy, flow and surrender:
1. Stand tall with your feet planted in the earth
2. Place your hands on your belly
3. Inhale fully, for as long as you can feeling your belly expand into your hands
4. Hold the inhale for as long as you comfortably can
5. Exhale fully to the base of your lungs
6. Hold the pause at the end of the exhale for as long as you can
7. Relax and breath normally
8. Repeat x3
